Healthcare
We have a Healthcare specific team focused on patient and healthcare worker safety throughout the life cycle of renovations, expansions, and new construction projects. We offer healthcare construction niche products and services such as ICRA barriers among many other permanent assemblies to add value to our clients and Owners by reducing the amount of trade partners involved in a project, thus streamlining inter-trade communication, coordination and ensuring project success.
Government
Our employees are all I-9 e-verified, background checked, and drug tested to meet and exceed government construction project employee contracting requirements. We provide certified payroll reporting to comply with prevailing wage requirements. HDZ’s supplier network also ensure project specified materials are adhered to, including Buy American Act requirements.
Commercial/ Corporate
We understand the importance of maintaining design intent, opening on schedule, and providing exceptional quality to provide finishes that foster employee engagement and comfort in commercial and corporate spaces. HDZ prides itself on finishing on time, providing high quality craftmanship, and effective communication with our client and other trade partners to ensure project success.

Metal Framed Gypsum Assemblies
Our core offering is interior and exterior rated and non-rated metal framing, backing, insulation, gypsum wallboard, tape & mud for partition walls, shaft walls and ceilings, and gypsum suspended ceilings. We understand critical path and drive it with our clients using effective communication, coordination, and problem solving. We participate in pull plan meetings and understand our critical role within the project team. Our relationships with our vendors and suppliers provide us and our clients with peace of mind that our products will arrive on time, every time.
Acoustical Ceilings
We furnish and install a wide variety of acoustical ceiling manufacturers and provide exceptional coordination services and high-quality installations, from typical gypsum or mineral based ceiling tiles to custom wood, metal, and fabric ceiling panels for any architectural design requirement. Our manufacturers and partner distributors provide excellent technical support, design assistance and unmatched service.
Wall Protection and Specialties
HDZ also provides an exceptional range of wall protection panels, handrails, bumper guards, corner guards, bathroom dividers and accessories, as well as signage, and fire extinguishers (with or without cabinets), to name a few. We ensure the client has solutions available for any scenario by providing alternatives to basis of design items that may be market restricted align with architectural intent and specifications.
